How to Order

  1. DM us on Instagram with the watch you want.

  2. We’ll confirm stock and send payment details.

  3. Once payment is received, we process and ship within 48–72 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 14–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Methods: We use trusted international couriers like FedEx, DHL, EMS, and UPS to ensure reliable and expedited shipping.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or message containing tracking information.

Packaging

  • Each watch is carefully packaged in a standard box and further secured within a protective shipping box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: Accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the watch is unused and in its original condition. All tags, stickers, and protective covers must remain intact.

  • Exchanges: Available within 3 days of receiving your purchase if the watch arrives with defects or does not match the description provided.

  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with photos or videos of the watch. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable and insured method (UPS shipping only).

Note: If any protective cover has been removed, we cannot process a return or exchange

Limited Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all timepieces covering manufacturer defects only — such as:

  • Watch not functioning on arrival

  • Movement malfunctioning (non-user caused)

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Water exposure

  • Cosmetic scratches

  • Any signs of tampering

All returns must be in unworn condition with original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
